This page sets out what information is collected on this site, why, how long it is kept, and how to exercise your rights. It is deliberately short: the site collects almost nothing.

No cookies, no trackers

This site sets no cookies, uses no analytics and loads no third-party services (social networks, advertising, remote fonts). That is why you are not shown a consent banner: there is nothing to consent to.

What the form collects

When you request a call, we receive your name, your email address, your message, and your phone number if you choose to give one. This is used solely to reply to you and to arrange a first conversation. It rests on your consent, given through the tick box on the form, and on the steps preceding a possible engagement.

Protection against automated submissions

To prevent mass submissions, the site keeps a hashed fingerprint of your IP address for one hour, which cannot be turned back into an address, together with a technical identifier for your form. Neither identifies you, and both are deleted automatically.

Who receives this information

Nobody other than Novexys. Your data is not sold, rented or passed on to third parties, and is never used for marketing. It passes only through our host and our email provider, who act on our behalf and are located in the European Union. No data is transferred outside the European Union.

How long it is kept

Messages are kept for as long as it takes to deal with your enquiry, then for no more than three years after our last exchange, in line with French data protection authority (CNIL) guidance. After that they are deleted. You may ask for deletion at any time.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, erase, object to, restrict and port your data. Simply write to contact@novexys.com; we reply within one month. If our answer does not satisfy you, you may lodge a complaint with the CNIL, 3 place de Fontenoy, 75007 Paris, France, www.cnil.fr.

Security

The site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). The form is protected against automated submissions and misuse, and messages are sent straight on by email rather than stored in a database on the site.
